I recently bought a 2007 XJ8 and must say how good Danny was to deal with. The car was a re-import and delayed a bit due to Covid but throughout Danny kept me informed and when it arrived the car was even better than I had expected. A couple of post delivery niggles were sorted straight away with no fuss and I’d heartily recommend then to anyone looking for a great value Jag.

They often say it is not the problem that is the problem it’s the way in which it is sorted out. My recently purchased 2007 XJ developed an unexpected fault and when I contacted Danny his response was purely positive. There was no attempt at any avoiding tactics, the fault was acknowledged, the car was taken for repair and returned swiftly. Living in the USA for 14 years now with my family and the only things I truly miss about the UK are my family and friends, especially my aging parents. My Dad is and was always a car enthusiast and always dreamed of owning a (proper) Jaguar one day, saying when I win the lottery¦. This was a surprise purchase too and you helped me keep it that way, liaising throughout, sometimes with a little difficulty with the distance and time zone difference. Delivery was executed to perfection, Dad was in the garden when you pulled up and offered him the keys to his new car I think he replied **** off in shock but you stayed with it and then the tears flowed. It has been a 26 year wait since my last Jaguar /Daimler SP250 which I sold in 1996 but I took delivery of a X350 super 4.2ltr last Thursday all arranged by Danny. Since I first enquired about buying a X350 in either XJR or Super format Danny has been informative by phone, text and email and he has kept me up to date with every last detail, from the car’s arrival in the UK, having it’s first MOT, dealing with DVLA, getting my personal registration on the car, arranging delivery and going the extra mile with after sales care, I can not rate Danny high enough and I will with out hesitation recommend West London Jag to all of my friends, family and work colleges, on a rating of 1 to 10, Danny gets a 10 from me. Outstanding.
