The whole customer service experience, from an Initial enquiry for another car (sold), to Danny advising that he could help find an equally good alternative, was excellent. Danny’s Knowledge of jaguars is very extensive. And he is very easy and pleasant to talk to. There was never any sales pressure to proceed.

After providing Danny with a price budget and list of my requirements, he sourced an immaculate low mileage example of which I am now the proud owner.
Communications from Danny were frequent and informative. HD photographs of the vehicle prior to final condition inspections and sales preparations were provided for me to view. Danny always answered my enquiries in full.

I had an XJ6 in the 1990 s and hankered after an x350 to just waft around in. I spotted a Supercharged Sovereign that Danny had in stock and put a deposit down way back in March.

Because of an ongoing DVLA strike it has taken much longer than normal to be assigned a reg. number, but during this time Danny has kept me informed and sent me photographs of the car including the underside. Because of the time scale involved he even offered me my deposit back if I didn’t want to wait. I am glad I waited . Last week I picked up my 2007 Supercharged Sovereign, and it is everything I hoped for. You will find cheaper Jaguars around but I doubt you will find better ,although 14 years old my car has the look of an almost new car

I have been fortunate in owning many really good cars in my time including Rovers (P5 and 220 GTI Turbo), MGs, two Lotus Excels and two Subaru Foresters, the most recent being an imported Japanese STI. I decided that at my age, it was time to waft along in luxury and buy my first Jag. Another rust-free import seemed the best idea. A search of the importers and normal dealers proved disappointing until I found Danny at Jag West London. I went to view a white Jag 4.2 V8 Sovereign Supercharged LWB with my all time favourite barley hide. Why buy a boring family saloon with ghastly all black interior when you can have a truly luxurious car with amazing performance for less money? The car in question had a couple of minor niggles that were soon sorted by Danny’s team. I now own a 15-year old car that has just covered 51,000 miles and that is quite simply like new. It would have cost around £72,000 (£98,000 in today’s money) when new so the £16,950 asking price seemed very reasonable. I love this car and drive around with a huge grin on my face purely for the sheer pleasure of driving. I’ve even been spotted just sitting in the car on the driveway. Danny is a member of a rare club. An honest motor dealer with a true love of the marque and a gentleman to boot! Would I buy another car from Danny? Without the slightest hesitation! Having said that, my new car is so good and I dont think there is any other car Id rather own so a change in not likely for many years. From a really satisfied customer.

I was looking for a new car for myself and started looking on the internet in January 2020 for the same make and model that I have 6 of in the past which I liked very much and it was a Jaguar.
My last one was a year 2000, 4 Litre, Long wheel base V8 Sovereign and I loved it.

I looked a lot of dealers sites at a lot of cars and finally decided that the one I wanted to buy was being sold by Mr. Dany Sangar of “Jag West London” and it was a Jaguar XJ Executive 3.0 Litre, which was a year before they finished making the XJ series.

I previously owned a 1998 X308 XJ Sport, I loved that car, it was a sad day when I had to sell before moving abroad. I promised myself that on my return to the UK I would buy another Jaguar. For weeks and weeks I searched Autotrader, and other car websites, I also checked the for sale notices in newspapers. It was by chance that I came across an advert in a recent Jaguar Enthusiasts Club magazine of a 2007 supercharged XJ8 4.2 (LWB) 48,000 miles for sale. A very rare Jaguar and one of which I had had fantastic service all of 146,000 miles of a similar 2004 XJ car I had owned for almost 10 years. I knew I was ready for a change and became excited at the prospect that I could trade mine in for the same younger version.

I phoned Jag West London and arranged with Danny for a meeting just a few days later. He met me at the railway station with the car and I was immediately taken back by his warm and friendly greeting and in a short time amazed and astonished at his knowledge of Jaguar cars. He showed me around the car which I could see was stunning. The car was in tip-top condition, a completely corrosion free body and an engine that just purred when travelling along the open road.

I was introduced to Danny Sangar by Mark, a local shop-keeper who had already purchased a jaguar from Danny and with whom I had done business for more than 20 years. I knew that he had two Jaguars and so, when considering buying one for myself, I approached Mark. He recommended Danny and I duly contacted him.

From the outset Danny was friendly and professional and provided details of available vehicles. I met him and was able to test the Jaguar XJ8 that he had available, among other similar cars.

He provided me with every assurance as to the vehicles history and condition; which was excellent. As a car some 14 years old his concern was to ensure there was no rust. To prove that I probably received more photographs of the underneath of the car than its body and interior.

It was originally sold in Japan and was imported to this country at the beginning of 2018. Danny took full responsibility for all the statutory arrangements, dealt with all registrations and ensured that I had copies of all relevant official documents of proof of transfer and re-registration.

In addition I was provided with an inventory of all key aspects of the car and, where relevant, the part numbers.

There were a couple of elements that required attention where the parts had to be sourced. This Danny did and arranged for a convenient opportunity to present the vehicle to him in West London (I Live in South East London) for the work to be carried out. This was after I had accepted delivery but he ensured I was kept aware of the progress of his acquisitions.

It is a surprise to me that it is almost a year ago since I first made contact with Danny and I have no hesitation in recommending him, and his enthusiasm for the marque, to anybody for excellent service.

I bought my car from JWL about 10 months ago. It’s been really good. Passed 1st MOT with me 3 weeks ago only needing a £20 part. I’ve spent a lot of money on preventative maintenance (all fluids and other items where it will benefit from a re-fresh, 2 sets of new tyres (summer & winter), spare set of wheels for the winters, waxoyling ) to try to ensure the mechanically keep going to match the Japanese rust free body for another 10~15 years despite me using it as my main car although snow, ice, rain etc in the winter So far 8,000 miles on and all good apart from a few brittle interior trim parts (aged plastic) but easy to source cheap replacements from scrapped UK cars.

With the combination of the car condition from Japan, JWL’s prep and my maintenance work the car now drives like new despite being 17 years old and over 80k miles. Puts a smile on my face both when I see if on the drive and when i drive it. 3 weeks ago it “let me down” when the bonnet latch failed, which is particularly awkward as you need to open the bonnet to fix it, which you can’t ….. all the advice I could find said I needed to drill a hole in the inner wing but then when I posted on FB JWL let me know they could fix it without drilling. Took it back today and was fixed in 30 mins and the work was done without charge – fantastic bit of after-sales service !!

Danny sourced the white Jag XJ8 4.2 for me – in excellent condition and delivered with great service. Having decided that I wanted to buy a late model Jaguar XJ6, I turned to the Jaguar Enthusiast Club’s website and the internet to research the availability of these models. I just want to say a huge thank you for Danny. I part exchanged with him my old XJR 350 before Christmas for a Super Sovereign 2007 – in the darkest blue/black I have ever seen. I have owned Jags for some 40 years, xj series 1, 2 and 3, xj40, xj8 and my last car which I had for some 12 years 2001 xjr308 which I loved (best car Jaguar ever built). In Sept this year I purchased a 1997 XJR from Danny @ Jag West London. I have been looking for an X306 XJR for the past 18mths, having spent 20yrs at Jaguar Cars (1990-2010) and being based in the mid 90’s at Browns Lane working as an Engineer on the Launch Team for this very car.
This particular XJR was built in April 1997 and was one of the last X306’s built. It’s a Japanese spec car (RHD) in an unusual colour; Aquamarine.

1 owner from new with FSH and only 53,000 miles on the clock.
The condition is outstanding and the underside is virtually “factory fresh” with many of the original factory labels still fully in place. This is one of the benefits of a Japanese export!
I am delighted with my purchase and it now joins a small collection of British Cars which I am lucky to own.
I was also very impressed with Danny and the service and support Jag West London have offered. I would fully recommend anyone considering buying a Jaguar to talk to Danny, especially a Japanese export. The XJR is now sharing garage space with my 1977 XJC (coupe) which strangely also only has 53,000 miles from new!

I recently purchased a very nice XJ8 from Jag West London , although it was my first purchase of a re- imported vehicle I have bought and sold many cars through my 50 or so years of motoring. I found them to be extremely accommodating especially as I know I am very fussy and am expecting a 15 year old car to be perfect. They walked me through all the steps that were necessary and even took care of most of the paperwork even delivered the car to my home, there were a few issues with car but these were all dealt with (boot lid gas struts weak, sticking rear electric blind, wear to fabric beneath leather bolster), and for my peace of mind I was also offered a return of the vehicle as I originally was unhappy. It seems that nothing is to much trouble and your happiness is paramount, which to me is very encouraging. I am hoping to enjoy my purchase for the foreseeable future but know that Jag West are only a phone call away.
